Who We Are

Zimbabwe Parents of Handicapped Children Association (ZPHCA) is a mutual support and advocacy association of parents and caregivers of children and young adults with disabilities.

We work closely with government departments, non-governmental organizations, development partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the rights and welfare of children and young adults with disabilities are protected and promoted in line with the National Disability Policy (NDP), African Disability Protocol (ADP), and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD). ZPHCA is a non-political organization committed to creating a supportive and inclusive society for children and young adults with disabilities.
